Keeping in line with their mission to improve the lives of children worldwide, Alane Adams and Rise Up Foundation recently donated $50,000 toward UNICEF’s Water For Guinea Project which aims to increase access to clean water using low-cost sustainable methods across rural communities in Guinea.
“In my opinion, access to clean water is a basic human right and one I am happy to support,” Adams said. Adams has been a long-time supporter of UNICEF and has visited programs in Angola, Nepal and Laos to better understand social impact in developing countries. “I’m excited to be able to participate in a field visit next month to witness firsthand the exciting work being done on the ground to make clean water more accessible to these remote villages.”
